By accessing and using the Mihir Wood website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Mihir Wood.
2. Custom Furniture Orders
Mihir Wood specializes in bespoke, custom-made teak wood furniture. Due to the personalized nature of these items:
- A minimum deposit of 50% is required to initiate any custom project.
- Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.=
- Design specifications must be finalized and signed off by the customer before production starts.
3. Natural Material Characteristics
We use premium, authentic teak wood. Each piece of wood is unique, and you acknowledge that:
- Natural variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
- Minor knots and burls are natural features that contribute to the beauty of the furniture.
- Wood is a living material and may expand or contract slightly based on environmental humidity.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices for custom projects are valid for 15 days from the date of the quotation. Full payment must be cleared prior to dispatch or delivery.
5. Delivery and Timelines
We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, timelines for custom furniture are subject to material availability and craftsmanship requirements. Mihir Wood is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen supply chain issues.
6. Warranty and Structural Integrity
Mihir Wood provides a 5-year limited warranty on the structural integrity of all teak wood furniture. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or exposure to extreme weather.
- Modifications made by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, drawings, and photographs produced by Mihir Wood remain the intellectual property of Mihir Wood and may not be reproduced without written consent.
