Welcome to Mihir Wood Sales. By accessing our website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Products and Materials Mihir Wood Sales manufactures and supplies a wide range of furniture, including solid wood, engineered wood, and custom-designed pieces for residential, bulk, and hospitality projects. All product descriptions, specifications, and materials are subject to change and should be confirmed at the time of finalizing your order.

2. Warranties Our standard products come with a 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers structural integrity but does not cover normal wear and tear, natural wood variations, misuse, or damage caused by improper maintenance.

3. Returns and Cancellations • Catalogue Items: Returns or cancellations for standard catalogue items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was delivered defective. • Custom & Bulk Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom and bulk manufacturing, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Pricing and Quotations All quotations provided via email or WhatsApp are valid only for the duration specified in the official document. Mihir Wood Sales reserves the right to update pricing based on raw material costs and market conditions prior to order confirmation.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
